Freddie become licensed in 1975 and along with his father-in-law, Hubert Watts, started Ace Realty Company. In the early days they sold everything: houses, land, commercial properties, even cemetery plots! Ace Realty Company has evolved into Ray Black Real Estate and Freddie has remained through the different transitions, focusing on land sales. Freddie is also a licensed general contractor and spends much of his time managing new construction projects, as well as helping clients who have construction related due diligence items. He does not have much time for hobbies, but when free time does occur, he enjoys being at the coast or watching the Miami Dolphins play football.
