As a licensed North Carolina and South Carolina Real Estate Broker for over 30 years, Lois has completed hundreds of transactions, ranging from entry level homes to executive homes, single house lots to large acreage tracts, and commercial properties as well. She takes pride in being detailed oriented and getting to know her clients personally. Chalking it up to her “small town upbringing,” Lois believes it is important to take all the time that is needed to explain the sale/buying process and instill confidence in the client’s decision making. During Lois’ spare time she enjoys attending Mt. Beulah Baptist Church and chasing her grandkids.
