Ray Black

With over twenty-five years of experience in real estate, Ray enjoys the challenge of meeting the needs of both buyers and sellers. While most clients have something in common, everybody’s situation is unique in some way. Ray believes in spending a great deal of time listening to the client’s needs and expectations, then customizing a solution. Along with selling real estate, he also holds an NC General Contracting license and handles client relationships for the company’s new construction division.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Ray has spent his entire adult life in the community he serves and believes in giving back. He is a member of several community organizations, including Hospice of Union County, Health Quest, the Union Academy Foundation Board, and the Monroe-Union County Economic Development Commission.

Ray and his family attend the First Baptist Church of Indian Trail where they are blessed to serve in several volunteer roles. Ray is married to Karey, a nurse, and has three wonderful children, Caroline, Grayce, and Miller. Free time is not something he has much of, but when possible he enjoys running and cheering for his beloved Tarheels.
